Needs to be tested on a much dirtier wheel

I have a weird problem. After my FOB battery died, I used my spare FOB for a few weeks. Then I changed the battery of the other FOB after figuring out how. But now only the lock button and the trunk button are working? Both buttons just unlock the car. They do nothing else. If I click the unlock button though, nothing happens. If I click both the lock and trunk buttons and hold them down for 10 seconds or so, this locks the car... no idea what is going on with the key, but my spare key is working just fine? So I presume the issue must be with the FOB itself? Has anyone had a similar issue and how did you solve it?

Took 30 points off out 100 after you said that’s a 1/2 inch head bolt! There is no standard on a German car! That’s actually a 13mm! Meaning you don’t have that much experience working on cars! Otherwise great! Thanks

I had to check out if your video is legit even after a few yeas old. First thing I see wrong is if you really care about cars or maintaining it, is that you lay down the wheel on the nice side of it that if not careful will usually scratch the finish on it. So that tells me you are just making videos for contents on legit car stuff but don't really care about them.

what pressure washer are you using?

Seems like the Waitley adapter might be a little more versatile since it'll work with more batteries like the Milwaukee and DeWalt flex volt. The USB port seems a little gimmicky but some might find it useful. I saw a youtube video where some guy took those tabs off the adapter, then he could use the flex bolt batteries. The thing I wonder about with either of them is I've heard that they might ruin your 20v batteries. That's just what I've heard. Maybe if you don't take the batteries off the adapter when you're done using it they say the adapter will probably discharge the battery. These look pretty interesting since i have a bunch of 18v tools and my lithium ion batteries i got for them years ago don't seem to have much run time any more. Might try one of these things.

Well this is not a true test because you're not using like a truck rim that's been on and off dirt for a while but and also you spend a but you are so that's kind of annoying

I’ve heard just a degreaser mixed with dawn dish soap will work just as good, followed by a protectant!!! Not sure if that’s true or not, but I would like your thoughts on that.

Changed sensor on my 09 and it misfires terrible driving then when the abs esp light comes on it drives almost normal no misfire why does it drive worse with no lights on

Thanks to your video instructions, I installed my new battery in about 15 minutes. I bought a battery the same size as the original so I wouldn't have a space issue. You saved me a lot of grief. Thanks for sharing.

Got mine fixed last week as the fault kept on coming back every week. It ended up being the wheel bearing and speed sensor that needed replacing. Maybe you should take it to a specialist who has a computer to hook up to your OBD port. Only cost me under £300 but was peace of mind I got it done

Does anyone know the brand of lights he's using in this video? The links attached no longer work. I've searched high and low and cannot find this version. I don't need to drill, the doors on my chevy already have the lights. Need the plug and play like he has.

Ugh, Costco is such a hassle trying to fill up that it's not worth the savings. They really need to expand their fueling stations across the country to allow for about twice as many pumps.

The red turtle wax doesn't work well on black rims..it removes the shine and leave scratch marks..plus it stinks really bad

Another safety tip my Dad taught me is that especially if you are using a factory jack or hydraulic or any other jack for that matter, and don't happen to have a proper jack stand, that after one takes the wheel off the car, to put it under the car on the side that you are lifting, so that It acts as a safely stopgap and even if the car falls, it will not fall far, and also if one is caught under part of the car if this happens, it will not cause a bad day/week/month/year/life/death..
